AnimateIt Consumer Service

AnimateIt lets a verified user upload or import an image, generate a short AI-created video, retry or extend a result, save it, share it privately, or submit it for approved public visibility. Each generation or seven-second extension uses the credit shown before the request is submitted.

Free allowances, referral credits, request limits, generation availability, and controlled-launch budgets may change or pause to protect service reliability, safety, and cost. Credits have no cash value and may be withheld or reversed for duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or abusive invitations.

Service

Velox Tri-Fit provides virtual try-on, AI-generated DressMe and AnimateMe results, saved looks, product-gallery publishing, sharing, add-to-cart assistance, ratings, and merchant analytics.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their use of Velox Tri-Fit complies with applicable laws, Shopify policies, and their own customer-facing privacy notices.

Merchants must not use Velox Tri-Fit to upload or process unlawful, infringing, harmful, or non-consensual content.

Shopper Content And Generated Results

Shopper-uploaded photos and generated results are processed only to provide app features. Velox Tri-Fit does not sell personal data.

Generated results may be imperfect and should not be treated as guaranteed sizing, fit, medical, legal, or professional advice.

AnimateIt Content And Public Visibility

Users may upload, import, generate, share, or publish only content they are entitled to use and must respect privacy, publicity, copyright, and other rights. Users remain responsible for the content they submit and for obtaining any required permission from people shown in it.

A request to make a result public is a request for review, not immediate publication. Velox may approve, reject, remove, restrict, or restore a result. A public result may be taken out of public view immediately after a verified user submits a privacy, copyright, or other complaint and may remain unavailable while the owner appeals and an administrator reviews the dispute.

Ratings and reactions represent individual users' opinions. Velox may aggregate them for ranking and discovery and may remove manipulated or abusive activity.

Account Closure

A user may request account closure from the signed-in account controls. Closure requires an email confirmation before Velox schedules erasure of the account's private and public AnimateIt data, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, backups, and records of moderation decisions.

Service Availability

Velox XR Limited may update, suspend, or limit features to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or service availability.

Limitation Of Liability

The service is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Velox XR Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Uninstall And Data Requests

Merchants may uninstall the app at any time through Shopify. Data deletion and access requests can be submitted using the contact details below.
